Previously, my all-time favorite parade was the early 1990s ten minute long village of Leeds, MA memorial day parade led by one walking Car Crash Dummy, part of the high school marching band, a politician, three old Korean War veterans stuffed into old uniforms, five Union Civil War re-enactors, and a couple of horses followed by two boy scouts scooping up horse poop and putting it into a little red wagon they pulled behind them.

This parade of geese marching to "When The Saints Go Marching In", is pretty special.
