@jon Makes sense, and possibly how I (we?) find that the amount of interaction here is more than adequate after deserting the bird ... I can still have much of the same interactions, and (so far) with less "noise" (non-interesting posts)..

I also wonder if the lack of noise is because people are more likely to have multiple accounts per subject so e g. Fosstodon is more focused in terms of the posts it gets.
