Föderation · Sa 15.07.2023 19:20:33 Anyone know of any apps for Mastodon or Fediverse in general to help with spreading out posts (particularly boosts?) I'd love to go through the various hashtags I follow and queue a bunch of stuff to boost out throughout the day rather than boosting stuff in big batches. I'm pretty sure software for this existed/exists for Twitter (though maybe the API lockdown killed it), but does it exist for Masto/Fedi? CC @feditips |

Föderation · So 16.07.2023 02:17:17 Lots of third party apps have post scheduling, for example Tusky and Fedilab. There is actually a built-in scheduler within Mastodon's code, but for some inexplicable reason there's no official interface for it, so the only way to access it is through third party apps or third party web interfaces. And yes, as others have pointed out, Buffer supports Mastodon, but that's a commercial service aimed more at professionals. |
