I'm never going to be happy with this bio. ;) Retired. Married, otherwise fairly close to a happy hermit. Mastodon is almost my only contact with other humans. Extremely lucky.
Working ranch/rodeo cowboy --> US Navy submariner --> IT guy --> retired with my husband, travels too much.

Good practice in general, but I'd like to specifically call out users of mstdn.social - if you're on that instance, you seriously need to throw a few bones @stux 's way. He can't be expected to shoulder the expenses for one of the more important instances all by himself. We can't let independent instances die off until Mastodon becomes the private property of one or two centralized instances. Our choice. |
