Well here's something cool about the @Vivaldi browser I just figured out.

Highlight some text, and right-click, and you have the option to have it translated.

From Settings > Webpages you can also enable "Show Selected Text Translate Button". Then, after selecting the text, a button offering to translate the text snippet will appear.
