@catsalad I used to have Shun Gon from the Aristocats as my Teams avatar (I did remove it when we started using the service externally, as not everyone will realise I *am* Asian (and the character not only wasn't seen as racist by many Asians, but adopted by them (especially in Singapore) as he had a lot of "Asian uncle energy".

In many European dubs of the film he sings (in the local languages) he plays the piano with chopsticks and makes a ton of noise *because* he's a proud Siamese 😺

@catsalad The part that I find most irritating about this is the weird sexual vibe of the whole thing... the "cute aesthetic" and "you're still a cutie" bit is totally unacceptable in a truely "formal business" environment.

If this was just a matter of photographs needing to follow a dress code, then state it. Reference the dress code guidelines. Don't make thinly veiled references to the persons appearance.

Teams Profile pics are internal to an org unless you add it to your public MS profile/linkedin profile and link the two with your work email (which you shouldn't do).
