We should help existing instances (not only Pixelfed instances) moderate but also help European users that want to use Pixelfed to have a "official" instance hosted in the EU by an EU funded entity. That would also help new users to start in Pixelfed and strengthen the decentralisation of the whole network. |

Föderation EN Sa 15.03.2025 13:02:43 Flagships don't benefit the network. You can see that with mastodon.social, which is a moderation problem for most other servers. There already are EU resident Pixelfed servers, but Pixelfed is (reportedly) difficult to host due to weak admin and moderation tools. |
