Utterly incompetent and inhuman.

@georgetakei every classifier necessarily has false positives and false negatives. All other things being equal, if you increase one you decrease the other.

Even if you accept their lie that they only want to deport "criminals," implicitly that means they want to deport more "innocent" people. This tends to also be non linear. You will deport exponentially more "innocent" people for each additional "criminal."

Personally, I think it's worth questioning the premise of borders and classes of people who can be explicitly denied rights but I guess that's just because I'm an anarchist.

Arbitrariness begins where we accept that anyone at all can be sentenced without a fair trial and denied their basic rights to humane treatment.
The moment we begin to see such a procedure as anything other than a fundamental breach of civilization and only individual cases cause us to lose our temper for a moment because we feel they are unjust, we have already fallen into the trap of not fundamentally questioning the violent abuses.
