@aeva @hannah Oh, it's not a real dictionary, per se-- it's a work of ficiton presented as a dictionary, with a story that unravels slowly as you read it.

And I think there's something about it being an alleged compilation from multiple sources, and which sources say what about certain entries is part of the story?

I haven't read it myself, but I think Jessica might have. Or at least she knows more about it than I do.

@klara @aeva yeah its a purported 1980s revised edition of a 17th century lexicon written in poisoned ink describing a real 9th century tribe and all of the entries are completely fictional. It rocks
