Probably as soon as they perfect their own AI chatbot that they can program and set to respond to complaints and never ever EVER give in to the customer's complaints, just give them dismissive answers that make it seem like the problem is being taken care of but not actually help them.

Of course as long as they have Headquarters they will always be able to receive mail, they just might ignore it or not respond to it unless it's from other companies, we're likely at the point where they would deny mail contact from users already.
