What will the super wealthy do? Can they create a shadow air traffic control system that they themselves trust?

Even if you John Travolta yourself a private runway big enough to land a 747 right outside your front door, it won't fix the problem when, say, you want to visit Las Vegas. (And the flying private set *really* seems to love Las Vegas)
