Stability update on the larger 1.2.10 update that rolled out.
- New app bar polish
- New app bar can be disabled by experiment
- Fix compose page missing overflow on mobile, meaning drafts and scheduled posts were unavailable :(
- Removed swipe gesture for shortcuts experiment
- Misc fixes

There's a duplicate post bug that snuck in recently for a few corner cases. I'm verifying the fix locally and then pushing it out.

Looks like `209` will be the beta build that goes to production - finally.

- Updated simplified chinese translations (thank you!)
- Atkinson Hyperlegible font support
- Proper Material3 spec for bottom bar
- Disappearing bottom bar behavior can be hidden in experimental settings
