One more update on `1.2.10` beta track:
- Updated simplified chinese translations (thank you!)
- Atkinson Hyperlegible font support
- Proper Material3 spec for bottom bar
- Disappearing bottom bar behavior can be hidden in experimental settings
- Miscelanouse fixes

Barring catastrophe, this is the final build on 1.2.10.
I'll likely do a stability/translation update build in the future, but I'm otherwise going to lay low through the end of the year.

@PhilipKing it's a much hairier problem than I can currently quickly address. It's the highest priority for anything upcoming though.
