Well, I can hear everyone clamouring to find out whether Bank of Scotland sorted out the online banking problem for me. Well another 2 hours on the phone today and the answer is....
NAW.
We are no further forward. I won't bore you with the details but the phone agents are as helpful as they can be, just without ability to do anything. It's a real system failure inn the both non-IT and IT senses.
Next step is a 140 mile trip to a branch to raise a complaint.
