Currently, it's not possible through the #Mastodon API to schedule threads.

One of the differences between #Mastodon and #Mammuthus... :-)
Mastodon isn't using the final IDs for scheduled posts, so you can't use this in a reply-to. Mammuthus is using final IDs already also for posts in the future.

In both cases the two answers were already scheduled at the same time the first post was created. On Mastodon you need to connect both answers to post number one, Mammuthus allows to create the thread...
